What will you do?
1.Retail Operations Management:
- Implement and maintain efficient and effective operations process to enhance productivity.
- Monitor and guide third-party service providers to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Conduct on-site data validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of gathered information, while performing regular trade checks to monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and in-store execution, identifying opportunities for improvement and business growth.
2.KPI Execution: Ensures excellent performance of KPIs identified by the Retail Operations Lead that will spur business growth.
3.Growing Top Doors: Focus KPI execution and fieldworks in top doors.
4.Capability Building: impart knowledge to external service providers on daily routine, basic call procedures, and other efficient and effective daily operations practices.
5.Regular PDCA: Conduct regular PDCA with sales teams and external service providers for immediate issue spotting and resolution.
6.Reports Management: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly and weekly reports; guide third party service providers in data gathering and conduct data validation on site.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- With 1-2 years of experience in modern trade or key accounts management, preferably in FMCG
- Possesses data analysis and communication skills
- Comfortable with regular fieldwork
- Possesses proactive attitude, such that issues within their sphere of influence shall be resolved immediately in store.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
