Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation. As Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and performance of our retail stores located in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and achieving its strategic objectives.
Manage and lead a team of sales promodisers to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize store operations
Provide coaching, training and development to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure effective product positioning and promotions
Maintain a strong understanding of the retail landscape, competition and industry best practices
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the retail business
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail sales management role, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology industry
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence
Thorough understanding of retail best practices, including inventory management, merchandising and customer service
Proficient in using sales and data analysis tools to drive insights and decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Can do fieldwork from time to time
