- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Prepare reports on compensation and benefits metrics.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh graduate or student acceptable).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and research skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard work hours.
