HR Officer/HR Generalist

2. Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
3. Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.
4. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
5. Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
6. Conducting performance and wage reviews.
7. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
8. Creating clear and concise reports.
9. Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
10. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
11. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
12. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
13.Research, develop and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees
14. Identify the department’s objectives and goals for the human resource teams to work on
15. Track progress of how a team and a strategy to target the HR objectives are performing
16. Works on the development and implementation of employee benefits and compensation plans
17. Analyze the performance metrics of a recruitment drive and provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR recruitment process.
18. Works and attends in-house recruitment drives to attract the right talent for business needs
19. Analyze HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, retention, and cost per hire rate.
20. Work and define the budget for HR programs
