- Knowledge in verifying titles
- Experienced in Processing Lot Title Transfer
- Experienced in Processing Occupancy Permits and Meralco Permanent Connection
- Kind and Patience
- Driver's License holder (motor/4 wheels)
- Willing to assign/ Process every part of Philippines
