Office Engineer

Office Engineer’s supervise office staff for all administrative works that include, but not limited to, processing and reviewing of progress payments for contractors. Review and process construction for project design submittals and ensure forms as per existing standards. Ensure all contract works in compliance with contract documents. Prepare monthly report on progress of assigned project with assistance of schedules, costs spreadsheets and perform analysis on same.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering- preferably licensed;
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Cost Estimation, and BOQ ;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Able to meet tight deadline and can work with minimal supervision;
- Willing to be assigned to any project site location ( staff house provided upon deployment ); and
- Can start immediately.
