LIAISON OFFICER / DRIVER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Government & Agency Coordination

• Process permits, clearances, and licenses required for construction projects (Building Permit, Occupancy Permit, Barangay Clearance, etc.).
• Coordinate with LGUs, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, DOLE, and other agencies.
• Ensure timely renewal of company permits and compliance documents.
• Submit and follow up project requirements with building administrators and clients.

2. Document & Project Support

• Secure gate passes, work permits, delivery permits, and access passes.
• Assist in preparing and submitting compliance documents (IDs, safety files, certifications).
• Maintain organized records of all processed documents.
• Prepare daily and weekly accomplishment reports.

3. Driving & Transportation

• Transport personnel, materials, tools, and documents to project sites, suppliers, and clients.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Deliver checks, invoices, receipts, and other important documents.
• Ensure safe handling and protection of transported items.

4. Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct daily vehicle inspection (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, lights).
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, safe, and in good running condition.
• Report mechanical issues or needed repairs immediately.
• Maintain trip logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports.

5. Administrative & Operational Support

• Assist Procurement in securing quotations, invoices, and receipts.
• Support Operations and HR in field-related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (College level or graduate preferred).
• Valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1, 2, 3 or appropriate codes).
• At least 2 years experience as Liaison Officer, Driver, or Field Coordinator.
• Familiar with government processes and construction documentation.
• Knowledgeable in Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, and nearby routes.
• Trustworthy, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to lift materials when needed.
