- Facilitate communication to resolve outstanding debts efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
- Assist in developing collection strategies to improve recovery rates.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in transportation or collection roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in road and railway transportation, vehicle maintenance, and strong driving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for collecting items, ensuring timely transportation, and maintaining vehicle integrity.
- Working Conditions: Varied environments, primarily on the road or at collection sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be responsible, possess strong interpersonal skills, and hold a valid driver’s license.
