Procurement Officer

Description - Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in procurement practices.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of relevant procurement experience in food industry or Manufacturing (Fresh and Frozen Seafoods.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to develop procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for supplier meetings.
