Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and motivated Field Collectors to join our growing team. The ideal candidates are proactive, trustworthy, and skilled in communication and negotiation.
Qualifications:
- At least College Level
- Must have own motorcycle (with valid driver’s license)
- With good communication and negotiation skills
- Can work independently and handle fieldwork responsibly
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field collection activities in assigned areas
- Coordinate with clients regarding payments and account updates
- Maintain accurate collection records and reports
- Represent the company professionally at all times
