Description - Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and resolve workplace conflicts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
