• Do clerical works such as 201 filing/checking of documents, photocopying and encoding
• Keep manpower plantilla up to date
• Attending to phone calls and coordinating to concerned individuals
• Do ER2 and R1A reports for newly hired employees
• Do timekeeping
• Do field recruitment if needed
• Do background checking if needed
• Other task that may be assigned by Supervisor from time to time
