Job Requirements - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of working experience in General HR.
- Knowledgeable in HR Systems, reports, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
- Good coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded.
- Can start to work immediately.
Job Responsibilities
- Will directly report to the Human Resources Supervisor.
- Responsible for efficiently assisting the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.
- Recruitment and Placement for Retail Operations.
- Will process the Attendance Reports (Timekeeping) of Agency Personnel, which includes downloading and consolidation of attendance.
- Receives and processes billing of Manpower Agencies.
- Clearance monitoring of Outgoing Employees (Direct and Agency Personnel).
- Correspond with Manpower Agencies.
- Assists Supervisors in dealing with employee discipline issues.
- Assist in the processing of benefit claims of employees.
- Be the main point of contact with external suppliers (insurance companies, government agencies).
- 201 Files Management - Scanning and Filing of requirements of new employees.
