Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote | Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role We’re hiring a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting. You’ll identify potential customers, start conversations, qualify prospects, and book meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone confident with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and lead qualification . What You’ll Do

This role is ideal for someone confident with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and lead qualification . What You’ll Do
- Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
- Research target companies and decision-makers
- Qualify prospects based on need, budget, authority, and timing
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Execute structured follow-up sequences
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM
- Meet weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on outreach messaging
- 1+ year of SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, or outbound sales experience
- Strong spoken and written English
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Results-driven and comfortable working against KPIs
- Consistent qualified meetings booked
- Strong outbound activity and response rates
- Accurate and organized CRM records
- Reliable prospect follow-up
- Consistent achievement of sales KPIs
