Sales Representative

Work Setup: Remote (Work From Home)

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting consultative meetings with prospective clients, and converting leads into customers.

You will engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, present Callease AI as a solution, and guide them through the sales process.

What You'll Do

• Manage inbound leads and enquiries received through the company website, email, phone, or other channels.
• Conduct consultative meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions using Callease AI.
• Perform outbound sales activities including cold calls, warm outreach, follow-up calls, and personalised prospecting.
• Approach potential clients in a professional and compliant manner, following relevant data protection, consent, telemarketing, and anti-spam regulations.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions within the company CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to support the sales process or address client enquiries.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development is preferred.
• Ability to conduct consultative sales discussions and understand client needs.
• Comfortable performing outbound sales activities including cold outreach.
• Strong organisational and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
