Sales and Business Development Specialist

- Oversee sales operations within designated areas.
- Train and support sales representatives to achieve targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and reporting.
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in services sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales strategy and management skills, key account management capabilities, and excellent organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with frequent travel to meet clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, strong communicator, team player, and results-oriented.
