Role : Business Development Representative (Telemarketing Agent)
Work Arrangement : Work from Home
Location : Any CS Site - Ortigas / Makati / Cebu / Davao / Bacolod / Angeles / Mabalacat
Schedule : Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive 200+ outbound cold calls daily to U.S. business owners.
- Source business contact details from websites and online directories.
- Engage prospects quickly and uncover potential business opportunities.
- Present value propositions clearly and handle objections with confidence.
- Apply inside sales techniques to identify needs and promote solutions.
- Transfer qualified prospects live to onshore sales representatives.
- Schedule appointments when live transfers aren’t possible.
Qualification and requirements:
- Telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B outbound sales experience preferred.
- Comfortable making 200+ manual outbound calls daily.
- Clear, neutral English speaking voice and strong communication skills.
- Skilled in objection handling and rapport building.
- Self-motivated with strong independent work habits.
- Comfortable sourcing prospects online without CRM automation.
Preferred:
- Advertising or marketing sales experience.
- Experience selling to U.S. SMB owners.
- Live-transfer or lead generation campaign experience.
