- Source candidates, conduct interviews, manage applicant tracking systems, and support recruitment initiatives.
- Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent across various departments.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the candidate assessment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS, candidate screening, and recruitment allocation; strong attention to detail; effective written and verbal communication; coaching abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
