Description - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, ability to assess candidate fit, and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and coordinate with various stakeholders.
