Talent Acquisition Specialist - Recruitment Marketing

The ideal candidate will lead high-volume sourcing initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies, attracting top-tier talents through effective job advertising, sourcing campaigns, and end-to-end recruitment processes while ensuring efficiency in cost, turnaround time, and candidate quality.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to strategically market job opportunities across various sourcing platforms and build a strong talent pipeline for volume hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple job openings and client requirements
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and candidate endorsement
- Focus on active candidate sourcing through platforms such as Indeed, Facebook, TikTok, JobStreet, and similar channels
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to attract quality candidates
- Optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing costs while maintaining hiring efficiency
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Track and analyze recruitment marketing ROI and sourcing performance metrics
- Maintain accurate applicant trackers, recruitment databases, and hiring reports
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely hiring delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or any related field
- At least 2–3 years of solid experience in talent acquisition or high-volume recruitment
- Strong background in job posting management and applicant sourcing
- Hands-on experience using sourcing platforms such as Indeed, Facebook, TikTok, JobStreet, and similar tools
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
