# US Talent Sourcer

### Freelance / Project-Based | Remote

**AM Talent Sourcing** is looking for experienced **US Talent Sourcers** to join our freelance recruitment team on a **project-based basis**.

This is a great opportunity for recruiters and talent sourcers who have experience sourcing candidates for **US-based positions** and want flexible, remote recruitment work.

## What You'll Do

* Source qualified candidates for US-based job openings assigned by AM Talent Sourcing
* Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, online communities, databases, and other sourcing channels
* Identify and engage both active and passive candidates
* Review resumes and profiles against client requirements
* Conduct initial candidate qualification and screening
* Contact candidates and communicate job opportunities professionally
* Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity
* Submit qualified candidates according to client requirements and deadlines
* Coordinate with the AM Talent Sourcing recruitment team regarding candidate progress
* Provide regular sourcing updates and recruitment reports
* Follow client-specific sourcing instructions and recruitment processes

## Requirements

* Previous experience in **US recruitment, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition**
* Strong understanding of the US employment market and recruitment practices
* Proven experience sourcing candidates for US-based roles
* Strong LinkedIn and Boolean search skills
* Excellent candidate research and profile evaluation skills
* Strong written and verbal English communication
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow specific candidate requirements
* Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
* Comfortable working remotely and managing project deadlines
* Stable internet connection and access to a computer suitable for recruitment work

### Preferred

* Experience recruiting for multiple US industries or job functions
* Experience with ATS, recruitment CRM, or candidate databases
* Experience sourcing high-volume positions
* Existing network or talent pool of US-based candidates
* Experience working with recruitment agencies, RPOs, or staffing companies
