As an Airline Reservation Specialist, you will assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and inquiries, ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience from start to finish.Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding flight reservations, rebooking, refunds, and itinerary changes
Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, baggage policies, and airline procedures
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
Process bookings accurately using the reservation system
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications:
Completed at least 2 years of college (Old Curriculum) with no back subjects, OR a College Graduate of any course
At least 6 months of solid, recent BPO experience (voice account preferred)
C1 level English with excellent verbal communication skills and proficiency close to Standard American English
Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer handling skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
