Account Executive

FoodSHAP® is looking for motivated and results-driven Account Executives to join our growing team. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and institutional accounts, handling inquiries and coordinating bookings, training schedules, and examination arrangements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and institutional accounts.
- Handle client inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate client bookings, training schedules, and examination arrangements with the Client Relations and Operations teams.
- Maintain accurate and updated client profiles and engagement history in the CRM system.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients and organizations for partnership and program opportunities.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and other client documents.
- Follow up on sales leads, close opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns related to FoodSHAP® programs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, performance summaries, and account updates.
- Monitor sales performance and client feedback to help improve service quality and retention.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Food Technology, Biology/Microbiology, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented, resourceful, and proactive.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment.
