Sales Executive

- Prospect new clients through outbound calls, emails, field visits, and online platforms.
- Conduct lead qualification and needs assessment to identify business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings, present product offerings, and close initial sales.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately report progress using CRM and digital tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and trade teams to support campaigns and lead generation.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–4+ years in business development, sales, or account management across FMCG, retail chains, airline catering, meat/seafood trading, or wet market/piso trading.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements, merchandising, category management, and inventory systems depending on sector.
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and tech-enabled sales platforms.
- Extensive local market knowledge and established supplier or client relationships preferred.
