Advertising Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating the successful execution of projects, events, activations, and marketing initiatives. The role serves as a vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, timely project delivery, client satisfaction, and business growth while upholding the Company's standards of professionalism and service excellence.
Responsibilities
As an Account Executive at AAI, you are responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, managing account requirements, and supporting the successful execution of projects from initial briefing through completion.
The role involves conducting client consultations, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring project implementation, and ensuring that client expectations are met through responsive, reliable, and quality service. The Account Executive also contributes to revenue growth through account development, business acquisition, and client retention initiatives while ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational requirements.
Job Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration,
Management, Public Relations, or related field.
2. At least 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, project
coordination, advertising, events, activations, or related industries.
3. Experience in business development, proposal preparation, cost estimation, and project
management is an advantage.
4. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, presentation software, and CRM or
project-tracking tools.
7. Strong organizational, analytical, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-through
skills.
