Area Supervisor

Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, store standards, and merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, cleanliness, and customer experience.
Sales & Performance:
- Track and analyze sales performance across stores, identifying growth opportunities.
- Work with store managers to set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare operational and sales reports for senior management.
- Ensure stores comply with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational issues
Team Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and mentor store managers and staff.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, resolving staffing issues as needed.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service across all stores
- Handle escalated customer issues promptly and effectively.
