Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, organized, and high-performing  Marketing Communications & Content Creator to support the marketing and sales initiatives of a confidential, premium lifestyle brand.

This role is responsible for planning, producing, managing, and maintaining high-quality sales materials, digital content, and brand communications across multiple channels. A strong focus is placed on protecting brand integrity, ensuring all outputs align with established brand guidelines, visual identity, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and highly creative, with the ability to work confidently across multiple formats and platforms while collaborating closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Sales & Technical Documentation

• Create sales support materials, documents, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop technical documentation and specification sheets for architects, builders, and project specifiers.
• Create, manage, and maintain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) presentations and oversee accreditation processes.

Social Media

• Plan, create, and publish organic social content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and channel best practices.

Email Marketing

• Create and manage email communications to the customer database, including promotional campaigns, product updates, and project highlights.
• Build and maintain automated email flows to nurture leads and existing customers.

Website Content

• Produce SEO- and AIO-focused content such as blogs, FAQs, and long-form resources.
• Create and update website content including case studies, project features, and product pages.
• Develop and manage lead-generation assets such as eBooks and downloadable materials.

Events

• Create event-related materials including brochures, invitations, and supporting collateral.
• Design and manage the production of signage, banners, and display materials.

Point of Sale (POS) & Showrooms

• Manage the creation of point-of-sale materials including apparel, printed collateral, and branded items.
• Oversee showroom signage and ensure visual consistency across physical spaces.

Imagery & Asset Management

• Source imagery from approved suppliers, partners, and internal libraries.
• Manage image usage approvals, licensing, and asset organization.
• Brief, commission, and project-manage photography and visual content.

Design & Brand Support

• Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines across all channels.
• Create and maintain presentation, document, and marketing templates.
• Manage branded assets including email signatures and seasonal messaging across digital and physical touchpoints.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong design capability using  Adobe Creative Suite and  Canva .
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences.
• Strong understanding of brand application and consistency.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Sound understanding of  SEO and AIO principles and content optimization.
• Creative problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–4+ years’ experience in a marketing communications or content role.
• Proven experience creating sales collateral, POS materials, and digital content.
• Degree in  Marketing, Communications , or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in  Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office , and CMS platforms.
• Experience using  WordPress and  HubSpot preferred.
• Background working with  premium or lifestyle brands .
• Strong written English and ability to produce brand-safe content.
• Experience working with offshore or international teams (AU/UK/US preferred).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with Australia-based teams.
