Provides administrative support to the Human Resources department by coordinating daily HR activities, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Sources and screens candidates, reviews resumes, coordinates interview schedules, and supports background verification processes.
- Prepares employment documentation, facilitates new-hire onboarding programs, and conducts exit interviews.
- Maintains and updates HR databases, manages employee records, monitors attendance and timekeeping, and ensures the confidentiality of personnel information.
- Assists employees with benefit-related concerns, including health insurance claims, loan applications, and enrollment procedures.
- Serves as the primary contact for employee inquiries and helps coordinate staff engagement and workplace activities.
