The HR Staff is responsible for assisting the Key Accounts Officer in supervising daily operational activities related to services provided to members. They provide both administrative and operational support to ensure smooth service delivery. The HR Staff plays a key role in maintaining member satisfaction and acts as a liaison between members and internal departments.
