Description - Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
- Collaborate with HR Managers to determine recruitment needs
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates
- Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and manage recruitment metrics
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and proactive
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work flexibility
