Research and Development Specialist

- Analyze data and prepare reports to support findings and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, methodologies, and outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Food Technology, Food Science or Chemistry.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a research and product development role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Laboratory environment with adherence to safety protocols.
