Human Resources Specialist

- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
- Support employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

- Facilitate communication between management and employees.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, support employee relations, and assist in training initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for recruitment events.
