Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the complete recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, arranging interviews, hiring, and employee onboarding.
- Source and recruit candidates through job websites, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Responsible for conducting candidate interviews and evaluations, and selecting suitable candidates according to the company’s requirements.
- Responsible for HR administrative work, including employee records, attendance, leave, employment contracts, and the management of other related documents.
- Recruit Live Streaming Hosts, Customer Service, Administration, KOL, Operations, and other positions according to company requirements.
- Responsible for the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring that employees understand the company’s rules, regulations, and work procedures.
- Assist in handling employee relations and employee-related work issues.
- Regularly organize and prepare recruitment and HR-related reports.
- Communicate with management and department heads to understand and follow up on recruitment and manpower requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of company and employee information and documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources (HR), with recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with the recruitment process, including resume screening, interviews, and employee onboarding.
- Familiar with job websites, recruitment platforms, and social media recruitment channels.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to achieve recruitment targets.
- Able to work independently while also having good teamwork skills.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced and flexible e-commerce work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Good English communication skills are preferred.
