Technical Sales Manager

A leading industrial solutions provider is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to promote industrial air systems and drive business growth in the VisMIn Region . Candidates with a background in selling machinery or industrial equipment are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets within assigned territory and product range
- Promote and sell industrial air supplyand auxiliary equipment
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Provide technical and commercial support to clients and distributors
- Organize customer training and seminars
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
- Support finance in payment collection when needed
- Ensure accurate reporting and CRM usage.
- Must have min 2 years experience in machinery or industrial equipment sales
- Technical selling and value-based sales approach
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Computer literacy and CRM familiarity
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- English proficiency and business writing skills
- Must be based or willing to be based in Cebu City
