Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid - Property Consultant role based in Makati. The Property Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, providing knowledgeable guidance on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, conducting property viewings, preparing proposals, and maintaining up-to-date listings. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the transaction process. The Property Consultant will be expected to achieve sales targets while maintaining ethical and transparent practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess consulting and real estate skills, with the ability to advise clients on suitable properties and investment options.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills to manage client relationships and address inquiries effectively.
- Candidates should possess sales skills, including negotiation and closing abilities, to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or related fields is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic office software and property listing platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Makati, with flexibility to attend client meetings and property viewings as needed.
- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.
