Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist, located in Makati. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing and selling residential and commercial real estate properties. Day-to-day tasks include customer service interactions, property consultations, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Real Estate (Residential, Commercial and Industrial) is an advantage
- Experience in leasing is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on-site in Makati
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in property sales is an advantage
