About DMCI Homes:
DMCI Homes is a premier real estate developer in the Philippines, specializing in high-quality, resort-inspired residential communities. As a Property Consultant at DMCI Homes, you will play a key role in helping clients find their ideal home or investment property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell DMCI Homes properties to potential buyers.
- Assist clients in selecting the best property based on their needs, budget, and lifestyle.
- Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Stay updated on DMCI Homes projects, pricing, promos, and financing options.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and fieldwork.
- Negotiate deals and guide clients through the sales process, including documentation and financing.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and marketing team to achieve sales targets.

- Knowledge of real estate trends and property financing is a plus.
