- Performs campaigns to generate awareness and member leads
- To engage and cater to member concerns and needs
- Enforce pre-opening sales policies and procedure
- Create an inviting and welcoming experience for all the members and future Members
- Effectively meet and surpass sales targets
- Oversee the effective execution of member acquisition strategies.
- Design and implement promotional strategies to attract new members.
- Ensure that all administrative requirements are met in a timely fashion.
- Ensure optimal self-management for optimal cost-effective performance.
- Keep membership paperwork in order.
- Manage payment facilities to ensure that all transactions are accounted for.

- With at least 2 years of Sales and Marketing Experience
- With Excellent People Skills
- With Fitness Industry Experience
- Familiar with Gym Operations
- Energetic and with Good Communication Skills
- Can Multi-task
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Canva/Photoshop Knowledge (an advantage)
- Video editing (an advantage)
- Can speak and understand Mandarin (an advantage)
