- Account: Technical Support
- Salary: Up to ₱26,000 monthly basic salary
- Location: West Avenue, Quezon City
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Employment: Full-time
- Experience: No BPO experience required
- Training: Paid training from Day 1
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- College level or graduate is an advantage
- No BPO or call center experience required
- Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome
- Career shifters are encouraged to apply
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to learn technical processes
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Assist customers with technical concerns and inquiries
- Provide basic troubleshooting and clear solutions
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps
- Handle account, product, and service concerns
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards
- Up to ₱26,000 monthly basic salary
