We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Seller Support team ! As a Seller Support Associate, you’ll be the go‑to person for sellers, helping them resolve issues, answer questions, and succeed in their business journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide voice and non‑voice support to sellers.
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve seller concerns efficiently.
- Document interactions and ensure accurate case handling.
- Collaborate with teammates to improve seller experience.
Qualifications
- College Graduate with at least 3 months of Customer‑Facing Experience (CFE) , OR
- Associate Graduate with at least 1 year of Customer‑Facing Experience (CFE)
- Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and problem‑solving mindset.
- Willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne.
