Job Responsibilities
• Assist customers through phone, chat, or email support
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain quality customer experience standards
• Document customer interactions and transactions
• Follow company procedures and service guidelines
Qualifications
• At least Senior High School Graduate
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) may apply
• College Undergraduate or College Graduate
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Willing to work onsite or hybrid setup depending on account requirements
• Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
