Digital Advertising Support Specialist (Tech & Consumer / Digi Ads)
Job Description
As a Digital Advertising Support Specialist, you will assist businesses and advertisers in creating, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple online advertising platforms. You'll provide customer support, analyze campaign performance, troubleshoot advertising issues, and recommend best practices to help clients achieve their marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- X Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Amazon Ads
- Microsoft Advertising
- Snapchat Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ad delivery, account setup, billing, policy compliance, and campaign performance.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Provide recommendations to improve advertising performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Educate clients on advertising products, platform features, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and community guidelines.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets (KPIs).
Qualifications & Selling Points:
- minimum of 6 months managing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and supporting clients across major advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta), LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Snapchat Ads
