Research and Development Specialist

- Design and develop new ice cream flavors and beverage formulations.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing to refine products.
- Monitor and maintain product quality and consistency throughout production.
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Work closely with production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on product handling and safety.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Licensed Food Technologist (if applicable)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant R&D experience in any of the following food industry segments: sauces and syrups (1), ice cream (1), baking/pastry (1), or beverages (1).
- Strong background in product development, formulation, and sensory evaluation
- Knowledgeable in food safety regulations and quality control standards
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve technical problems in product development
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
