RCVR Food and Beverage Station
The Food & Beverage R&D Specialist Intern will assist the R&D Department in developing, testing, and improving food and beverage products aligned with the company’s brand standards. The role provides hands-on experience in food formulation, sensory evaluation, product costing, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing new food and beverage recipes.
- Support in standardizing existing recipes and ensuring product consistency.
- Conduct taste tests, collect feedback, and help document evaluation results.
- Assist in ingredient sourcing, portion control, and cost computation.
- Help prepare presentation materials or reports for new product proposals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the test kitchen or work area.
- Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Operations, and Commissary) for product testing and rollout preparation.
- Perform other R&D-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management , or any related course.
- Has a strong interest in food innovation and product development.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures is an advantage.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team setup.
- Willing to report 3 days onsite and 2 days' work-from-home weekly.
