Logistic and Safety Officer

- Oversee and manage all logistics operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct safety training and onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a clear understanding of safety protocols.
- Develop strategic plans for improving logistical workflows and enhancing safety measures within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate safety programs, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to promote a culture of safety in the workplace.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in logistics or safety management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in onboarding processes, BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health), safety training techniques, and strategic planning.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven aptitude for coordinating logistics operations and enhancing safety protocols.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
