DBD Accounting Services
Bookkeeping:
· Ensures monthly preparation of reports and Clients’ SSS, PHIC, and HDMF remittances.
· Ensures on-time preparation of Client's BIR Forms (Offline) and EFPS, its submission, and proof of submission.
· Monitoring and encoding Client's Receipts for Input Tax and Output Tax Monthly.
· Encoding of Client's SLS and SLP on time.
· Preparation and encoding of BIR Form 2307 for Quarterly Income Tax.
· Encoding of alpha list quarterly and annually.
· Preparation of Worksheets, Financial Statements, and Notes to Financial Statements during Tax Season.
· Preparation of annual requirements in the renewal of business permits and books of accounts.
· Preparation of annual requirements for SEC such as submission of Audited FS, GFFS, and GIS.
· Sorting, filing, and photocopying documents, Attending to Clients’ phone inquiries, email & messenger communication, scanning and sending files to clients.
· Bookkeeping and updating columnar books of clients, sorting and filing of files in an orderly and organized manner.
QUALIFICATION
- Must be an Accountancy, Accounting Technology
- Proficient in Email and Microsoft Office applications.
- With good oral and written skills
- Hardworking and a positive working attitude.
