Description - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 7-10 years of experience in business development or sales and experience in construction industry
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship building
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
