Professional License: Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer. Physical Fitness: Must be in excellent physical condition for field management.
Experience:
10 to 15 years of extensive experience in construction operations.
Strong preference for horizontal construction (roads, bridges, infrastructure, site development, land development).
Experience or exposure to vertical construction (buildings, structural/architectural works, finishes, MEPF coordination) is a strong advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects (manpower, equipment, materials, schedules, and costs).
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Project Control: Manage multiple projects and concurrent work fronts, ensuring alignment with approved plans, technical specifications, and safety standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Strengthen site documentation, monitor project progress, and ensure accountability through clear project reporting.
- Problem Solving: Evaluate site issues practically and implement swift, effective solutions.
