- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with various departments to enhance collaboration and communication.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 2–5 years in operations management or a supervisory role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to develop operational strategies
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
