Position: B2B Customer Success Manager | Business Client Success Manager

Schedule: Hybrid (2 days WFH; 3 days Onsite)
Work Setup: Mondays - Fridayx (Weekends off)
Salary: Php 45,000 gross + Php 5,000 Incentives

Job Requirements
•Bachelor's Degree related to Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Electonics Communication Engineer
•1 - 2 years of Account Management experience and B2B experience.
•Experience leading meetings and regular cadences, quarterly and annual customer success reviews with customers
•Can facilitate the adoption of the solution, driving awareness, education and utilization by serving as the POC within the customer set
•Strong skills in strategic planning and project management with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with business (B2B) clients
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
Act as the main point of contact for client concerns and inquiries
Monitor client accounts and provide solutions to improve their experience
Identify opportunities for upselling and account growth
